About Cornwall Cricket Trust

We are a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) with a simple aim of helping grass roots cricket in Cornwall. The Cornwall Cricket Trust was set up in October 2016. The Trust came to fruition because of clubs needing support with their infrastructure, pavilions, machinery and ancillary equipment. There simply are not the grants available to help.
We also want to help our volunteers, who are so crucial to the survival to the game; they need environments that enthuse to sustain their valued efforts.  We also want to support players; young predominantly with coaching and travel. We do not want players or parents to be disadvantaged. The demands, such as the cost of cricket and the time cricket takes especially with travel are ever increasing.
The object of the Cornwall Cricket Trust is:
  • To sustain and promote community participation in healthy recreation, in particular but not exclusively, by providing (or assisting in the provision) of facilities and opportunities for the playing of cricket and cricket coaching
To find a more comprehensive list of our funding eligibility, please see the Grants Guidance page.

We are delighted to work with a wide range of people and organisations across the county to ensure that we can help more young people to enjoy cricket.
